Tutotial

In the recent tutorial, I discussed my new idea with Mike, changing the mobile phone app to a Mac os app. Through the research and development of the application. I decided to stop making mobile applications and instead make Mac OS applications. why? I asked my classmates and friends about their usual homework and note-taking habits. College students usually use computers to do homework and take notes. It will be very convenient to use my software while studying. A few use handwriting. So I decided to change the direction of development and started designing desktop applications. The computer-side application program will make users more intuitive, clear, and convenient to record and make plans. It can also avoid letting users use mobile phones and avoid distractions when using mobile phones. Then, Mike hopes that I can design some interactive pages in the next tutorial to show him. Next, I will continue to interface design.

Mobile app changed to desktop app

Through the step-by-step research and development of my application, I decided to stop making mobile applications and instead make a desktop( Mac OS) application that can download from the App store. WHY?  I asked my classmates and friends about their usual habits of writing homework and taking notes. College students usually use computers more when doing homework, so I decided to change the direction of production and start designing the desktop application. College students generally use computers to do homework and take notes. It will be very convenient to use my software while studying. Avoid letting users use mobile phones and prevent distractions when using mobile phones. The application on the computer side will be more intuitive, clear, and convenient for users to record and make plans.

Find solutions for procrastination apps through research (1) Cognitive guidance 1. Do the right thing: According to the time management "4 quadrants of time management", classify what needs to be done. In other words, they are arranged and combined according to the two dimensions of importance and emergency and divided into four categories: "urgent and important, important but not urgent, urgent but not important, and neither urgent nor important".  (‘This decision matrix, also known as the 4 Quadrants of Time Management matrix, is the brainchild of Dwight Eisenhowe r, the decorated army general and President of the United States.’) ( Stephen R. Covey popularized the Eisenhower’s Time Management Matrix in his book The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, stating that we live the fourth generation of time management, more effective, in which managing time itself is no longer the aim, but managing where to focus at any particular time.) Academic procrastination in college students - research

Procrastination, or the intentional delay of due tasks, is a widespread phenomenon in college settings. Because procrastination can negatively impact learning, achievement, academic self-efficacy, and quality of life, research has sought to understand the factors that produce and maintain this troublesome behaviour. Procrastination is increasingly viewed as involving failures in self-regulation and volition, processes commonly regarded as executive functions.  Academic procrastination—the intentional delay in the beginning or completion of important and timely academic activities (Schouwenburg, 2004; Ziesat, Rosenthal, & White, 1978)—is a widespread phenomenon in college settings.  This discomfort may manifest as anxiety, irritation, regret, despair, or self-blame (Burka & Yuen, 1983; Pychyl et al., 2000a; Rothblum, Solomon, & Murakami, 1986). There are also external consequences to chronic academic procrastination such as compromised performance and progress, decr...

Analysis of procrastination factors - Problem Identification

Analysis of procrastination factors Compared with middle school students and working people, the tasks that college students most need to complete in daily life, and also the tasks that college students like to delay most include completing homework, attending classes, and club activities. The different environments in which college students carry out these activities also lead to different reasons for delays. Combined with the existing literature and analysis, the reasons for the delay of college students can be divided into two aspects: objective and subjective factors. External factors 1 Time flexibility -Time self-control University time is relatively abundant and free, and college students can arrange their time more freely. Also because of the increase in time flexibility, college students arrange their spare time as rich as possible, and it is also because this gradually makes college students lose their sense of tension and become relaxed and slack. Time self is an enhancement ...
