Procrastination is a phenomenon that people have been with humans since at least the time of Cicero. —— Steel, P. 2007 Research issues : How to help people solve procrastination? Procrastination is a prevalent and pernicious form of self-regulatory failure that is not entirely understood. Hence, the relevant conceptual, theoretical, and empirical work is reviewed, drawing upon correlational, experimental, and qualitative findings. A meta-analysis of procrastination's possible causes and effects, based on 691 correlations, reveals that neuroticism, rebelliousness, and sensation seeking show only a weak connection. My third idea is based on the second idea. The third idea is to be the final idea of my degree project. inspiration I am a student with procrastination. I often start writing homework a few days before the DDL, and even when it comes to the DDL, I haven't finished my homework. Before I do my homework, I plan my daily workload, but I still delay my homework until the last few days. I asked my friends and found that they have similar situations to me. My third idea is actually my idea a long time ago, which is to design a time management  app or web. This idea is inspired by myself because  I can’t plan my time reasonably.
